Volunteers Extend Hospitality to Juneau Visitors
Each summer season a dedicated group of Juneau residents volunteer their time at the visitor information sites around town to assist visitors with their questions and trip planning. Visitors appreciate and enjoy the interaction with these "Juneau ambassadors."
Volunteers report that the few hours each week they spend working with people are entertaining and rewarding. And it's a great way to learn about all the great things to see and do in and around our city.
JCVB volunteers are recognized and respected throughout Juneau as a vital and integral part of the visitor industry. Why not join this special group, help visitors on their trip of a lifetime, and enjoy firsthand the exciting tours and activities that are offered for all to enjoy?
