Our Convention Services Department is an invaluable liaison between meeting planners and the products and services available to them in Juneau. Use this page to search our Convention Services Listings, and check out some of the many ways we can help:

• Custom leads and referrals - We provide a complimentary lead and RFP service customized to your specific requests.


• Site inspections - We assist in developing your site itinerary and provide you a detailed bid presentation to help you make the best selection for your event.


• Promotion and attendance building - To help generate excitement and attendance, we can provide brochures, postcards, maps, videos, digital images, welcome signage, and more. We can also provide a media contact packet for all local media options.


• Registration assistance - For groups over 100, the Juneau Convention & Visitors Bureau has a large volunteer staff available to help with attendee registration.


• Information and activities assistance - Our staff provides you information about hotels, meeting facilities, dining, spouse and guest activities, as well as pre- and post-convention tours for your group.
