The Convention Services Department is here for you as a liaison between the meeting planner and the products & services in Juneau. With over 300 members standing by to serve you, Juneau is ready to meet your needs!

Custom Leads and Referrals – Our Convention Department provides a complimentary Lead & RFP - Request for Proposal – service that is customized based on your specific requests.

Site Inspections – We will assist in developing your site itinerary and provide you with a detailed bid presentation to help you make the best selection for your event.

Promotion and Attendance Building – To help generate excitement and attendance, Juneau CVB can provide brochures, postcards, maps, videos, digital images, welcome signage and more. We can also provide a media contact packet for all local media options.

Registration Assistance – For groups over 100, JCVB has a large volunteer staff available to help with attendee registration.

Information and Activities Assistance – Our staff will provide you with information about hotels, meeting facilities, dining, spouse and guest activities as well as pre- and post-convention tours for your group.
