Climate Fair for a Cool Planet

Join 350Juneau and Theater Alaska for Climate Fair for a Cool Planet, a free, family-friendly event at Overstreet Park featuring information about actions we can take to mitigate climate change, and live music, dance, and theater performances.

Performances will include a dance commission by Hali Duran, a musical commission by Michael Bucy, new plays by Alaskan playwrights Dave Hunsaker and Kristen Ritter. The full line-up of artists will be announced at a later date. Additionally, Zachary Brown of the Tidelines Institute will speak on the Climate Emergency and what we can do about it.

The Alaska Theater Festival is supported in part by the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council and the City and Borough of Juneau.
