Dinosaur Drawing with Ray Troll
The Alaska State Museum is hosting a free workshop with artist Ray Troll in association with his exhibition, Cruisin’ the Fossil Coastline. This workshop is for ages 6 to 18. NOTE: This is a repeat of Ray's workshop in May, so kids who participated in May are asked to give others a chance to work with Ray.
Learn to draw cool fish, dinosaurs, and more using Ray’s special technique of drawing on dark paper with pigment-rich crayons and check out the exhibit with Ray.
LIMITED SPACE — Registration opens Monday, September 16 at 9 am. Call the Alaska State Museum at 465-2901 to sign up. Please speak directly to Museum staff to ensure your spot. Voicemails are not an acceptable way to register a child for this activity.
This program is partially funded by the citizens of the City and Borough of Juneau through sales tax revenues. It is sponsored by the Friends of the Alaska State Library, Archives, and Museum.
