Fiddle Workshop: How to play Cape Breton Jigs

International artist Nerea The Fiddler will teach a workshop focus on jigs and how to get the "fiery" and "lively" sound out of your instrument while playing jigs. It will be focused on the Cape Breton Fiddling style and the tune "Two Mile Bridge". Bowing distributions, emphasis, dynamics and the relationship between the traditional dance and music will be discussed during this workshop!
Levels: Intermediate
Instrument....mainly violin, fiddle, but all melody players welcome!
