Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Series
This 4-week series will incorporate mindful movement, yoga, breath, awareness of body and mind, and relaxation to settle the mind. We will cultivate relaxed attention, kindness, patience, and curiosity for the practice of meditation. The classes will be geared towards a beginning student and seasoned practitioners will also beneﬁt.

Bev Ingram is an experienced yoga teacher and registered yoga therapist. She has been teaching yoga for 20 years and practicing meditation for 10 years.
Nancy Simpson has been practicing meditation for 25 years and teaching meditation for 20 years. She has completed advanced courses in Somatic Experiencing, which is working with moving awareness into the body to relax the mind.
$80 for members and $140 for nonmembers. Cost includes four classes and a private session. Registration is required. Space is limited.
