SEAL Trust 25th Anniversary Fiddlehead Restaurant Pop Up Dinner
The Southeast Alaska Landa Trust is celebrating 25 years of land conservation! Join us for a Fiddlehead Restaurant Pop-Up Dinner and dessert auction!
It is a little known fact that one of the founders of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust, Deborah Marshall, was also the owner of the Fiddlehead Restaurant and Bakery, which opened in1978 and became one of the most iconic restaurants in Juneau's history. Although the restaurant has now been closed for several years, its recipes live on through the popular Fiddlehead Cookbook. The 25th Anniversary Celebration dinner will feature some of the most loved recipes produced at the famous Fiddlehead Restaurant, including several desserts which will be up for auction. We will also celebrate and recognize several people who were key to the growth and success of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust. Won't you join us?
