The units are located within a mixed-use building in the heart of Auke Bay, about a 20-minute drive from downtown Juneau and approximately 3-minutes from the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal. The building also hosts multiple restaurants, salons, bar (located at the opposite end of the building), a newly opened art gallery showcasing Alaskan artists, as well as a laundromat. Next door is a brewery/restaurant and yoga studio. You will also be right across the street from Statter Harbor where you can rent kayaks and where the majority of Juneau's summertime excursions, whale watch tours and fishing charters begin.
